Is flavored, sparkling water even worth logging?
I'm looking at the back of this can of La Croix (actually, it's a supermarket knock off brand) and it's basically straight 0's down the nutritional facts. Is there any reason to both entering these into MFP? I wouldn't think they'd affect anything.

Overage in Protein
After adjustment for exercise, I'm allotted 75 (grams?) of protein per day. With my diet, I'm consistently going over that amount. Is this a bad thing? Is it recommended to stay under the amount MFP recommends or is going over okay/preferred? I thought protein was a good thing, so I'd be surprised there's a ceiling on it.…
