I will not look at myself from the neck down,And I am terrified to get on the scale.I know I am very obese now.I have arthritis very bad in my knees,bone on bone in both and in my back also.It is extremely painful to walk and stand.I just guessed at my weight to start this myfitness.com,,,wish me luck!
