hiya all, im getting right into the losing weight thing at the mo. Ive started the gym and go every day. i am eating under my 1000 cals a day. but i dont seem to be losing weight. any help would be great.. im really pushing myself at the gym this week.

drinking water
hiya all, i dont drink water, but i have about 6 cups of tea with no sugar in a day. is it best to drink water or will me drinking tea b the same?

been using iphone app but first time online
hiya all, ive been using the app for 4weeks now. i have lost 15 lb.. just by cutting my cal intake to 1000 a day. Been exercieing abit more to. need some friend to keep me going.. lol
