I JUST STARTED FITNESS PAL LAST WEEK AND IM GLAD TO SAY IVE LOST 12 LBS ALREADY. IVE STARTED WORKING OUT AGAIN..JUST MODERATE CARDIO AND HAVE BEEN TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE AND IT SEEMS TO BE HELPING.JUST KNOWING HOW MANY CALORIES IM TAKING IN AS WELL AS FAT AND CARBS IS REALLY HELPING ME.
