How long did it take before you saw weight loss
After I entered in all my specific info, this site gave me a calorie goal of 1200. I have been very diligent about tracking all my food and not going over my limit. I haven't seen any weight loss at all. How long did it take before you started seeing weight loss? I need to lose about 20 lbs.
