Im trying to get back on track to being healthy. I could really use more encouraging friends. I like to meet new people and help out if I can. Feel free to add me and hope we can all stay on track and be supportive of each other :)
After I work out I drink a water bottle out of the fridge because I feel I like the taste better than room temperature but I want to know if it's bad to drink cold water. What do you think?
Im new here and I heard about the fit bit zip from the app and I wanted to know if anyone had reviews on it? I mainly want to use it while I exercise on the treadmill and see how active I am while Im at work nothing to extreme. Anyone have opinions? Also feel free to add me
