I always have problems where I end up binge eating after 3 days of being at my calorie goal. What do you do to stop yourself from doing this when you get cravings? Any advice?
For all of you cardio junkies, how long until you noticed even the slightest body change after starting cardio? And how much did you start with a day?
I would like to buy one, as I hear that they are great for tracking calories. I don't eat back my calories, but it would be nice to know how much I am burning. Do you guys have any recommendations on which ones are the most accurate or comfy? Or convenient. Thanks all! :)
I ran 2.5 miles today, and I didn't add that in, but I'm concerned that even though I am under the calorie limit the excessive sugar is going to effect my weight loss.

Hey! I'm a freshmen in college looking to tone up and slim down a little bit. I am 6ft tall and around 165lbs. I tend to diet hardcore for 2-3 days and then having a terrible binge day. I'm hoping to quit that habit and stick with a lifestyle change! Looking for people to do it with :)
