gaining weight w/ under 1500 calories a day???
I tore my acl and pcl a few months ago and cant really work out at all. so i decided to control my weight through diet alone and reduced my calories to 1200-1500 a day. I was 192 a week ago down from 210 in march. this past week i have steadily gained weight despite not changing my routine, and now i'm back up to 199! :-(…
