Ok, so back when I was horribly out of shape, I started doing "Core Rythms". It worked GREAT! ..... I didn't lose much weight, but lost several inches off my middle....... But now, I can do it for over 2 hours and I don't feel like I'm getting anything out of it any more..... I tried insanity but thats just too intense.…

Hey, im not losing the weight I want as quickly as I want to. I do "Core Rhythms" 3-5 times a week. When I work out, I do it as hard as I can, and feel like I get a great work out. on days that I have TONS of energy, I whip out my insanity.
