Sad and confused :(
I'm 8 weeks into the NROLFW and I took my measurements. I have been holding steady on the scale in the past weeks but my measurements were dropping. OK I'm finding that I can lift more weight than my wrists can comfortably support. Do I reduce the weight until my wrists get stronger? Or do I wrap them? Or is there another solution?
