Howdy all! A dear friend recommended this site to me, and I must say, today was truly an EYE-OPENER!! I have never before "counted calories" and am shocked at what I have allowed myself to eat. My question is this... how do I figure out the calories for somehting that is homemade? For instance, loaves, or muffins?? Thanks!!
