Weight loss slow- am I eating enough?
im eating around 1000 to 1100 calories a day. I would be comfortable with 800 but get a warning when I try to close out the day. I can eat around 1370 I think for a 1.5 lb a week weight loss. Do you have cake on your birthday
Sunday is my birthday and I've been debating whether I should have a piece of cake with everyone. I think...it's my bday, I deserve it. But on the otherhand are all the calories worth the 2 minutes of delicious cake? I'm thinking no. What do you do?
