Stress relief
Does anyone have any recommendations for stress relief? I find that going to the gym is good to exhaust myself physically but my brain keeps working and thinking about whatever it is that's stressing me out. Any suggestions are appreciated :smile:

How did you figure out your ideal weight?
Hi all, I'm struggling with this! I'm 5' 3.5", 161.2 lbs, with a current bf% of 28.7. I'm pear-shaped and a small frame with the exception of my hips.
