does exercising for 5 mins every hour to add up to 60 mins (way easier to me) the same as exercising for 60 mins straight.. I'm using a stationery bike...??

Which is better for weight loss?
doing zumba for 3 hours a day or stationery bike twice a day for 45-60 minutes each??? which would i get more result from?? when i do zumba i sweat a little but become bored and don't really exercise much unless a song come on that i like but while on bike i have no other choice than to move but my fear is that my calves…
