No loss second week.
The first week I lost 13 pounds was excited to go weigh today hoping I'd be down another couple pounds only to have no loss at all. Could it be because of the big loss last week? I need to do better this week on food choices and push a little harder.

Im trying to get in more fruits but im not a really big fan of them. Is it okay to eat canned or packeged fruit as long as its not in heavy syrup? Lost weight calories adjusted higher.
Has anyone had this happen I recorded my new weight loss and it raised my calories by about 60 or so? It is my first week back and I did lose a big number could it have been because it thinks im losing to much in a weeks spand? Thanks for any help.
