Stable Bike workout? Calories? Workout?
I was wondering if i did a stability bike workout for 30-45 minutes everyday 5 days a week. How many calories could i burn daily and weekly? I will also do a 2-3 mile walk 3-5 days a week. Along with Tea Bo workouts 3 days a week. So I need to lose 3 pounds a week, does this workout seem ok? I will do weight lifting too.…
