I'm so confused!! What does Caloric Deficit mean exactly? I eat about 1,200 calories a day and when I walk or run I eat back whatever I burn. I'm not really losing any weight and feel stuck. How to Calculate Calories Burned Weight Lifting
Does anyone know how to determine how many calories you burn when lifting weights? I guess this app doesn't do that?? I guess i could add it to my cardio but not sure how to figure out the calorie part? Can anyone help?
