According to MFP, my BMR is about 2,030 Cals a day. With a 1200 calorie Net intake. Giving me me a daily deficit of over 800. But the bmr calcular shows my bmr at about 1600. Is 1200 cals a good number for me with little exercise?
Hey Guys, Saw alot of people complaining that MFP doesnt work on BB. I was at applebees, (eating an under 550 cal meal) and I was able to log this by going to myfitnesspal via the blackberry browser. Works just fine...just an FYI
