Same Info, Different Calorie amounts, MFP vs. LoseIt!
So, I've been using the LoseIt! program for a while, with some success, but I just got a fitbit and decided I might as well do MFP again for even more motivation. MFP says I can consume about 1,350 calories, whereas LoseIt! says 1,504. Why the difference? (I try to eat at least 1,750 calories to eat as much as my BMR per…
