I was terrible yesterday! And once I start eating bad food, I just figure I already messed up so I should keep going. I'm trying to regroup today, but having a hard time. How to bounce back and get back to eating well??
I'm doing pretty well on everything (well sugar is sometimes an issue) but I'm consistently going over on my protein. I need some snack suggestions that will help. Normally I would eat some nuts or something, but I'm always out of protein. What are some good snacks to eat?
