Hi Guys, Which one would you recommend for weight loss? I have both but I am unsure about which program to start. I have 90 lbs to shed and this would be the start. I have been going to the gym but haven't been consistent. I am currently at the intermediate level in workout intensity. Please suggest. Thanks
