Is my goal about right time wise?
Hey, ok so I am 42 until last year never exercised, got to an embarrassing 350+lbs a few years back.. cut out soda only and dropped 55 lbs . Start watching more of what I eat and doing some light exercise got down to 283 lbs.. Then got a gym membership and go 3 times a week min... used the app to set my Cal to 1750 before…
