Anyone have any tips on getting into yoga? I really want to get into it but I'm not sure where I should start. So if any of you have any ideas that would help me big time. Please and thank you!
Hello everyone I really need your help! I am a heavy snacker and I think that's what really holding up my process, do any of you have any snack ideas? If you do I'd really appreciate it if you could give me some tips!!!!
Can anybody suggest some cardio exercise videos for me, I have a hard time finding some that are for beginners, and I don't have much gym equipment at home. So anything where I can use 3-5 pound dumbbells would be nice. If you guys could help me out that would be great :) .
I was told it some times helps the measure yourself daily so that you keep track of the inches coming off. Should I measure daily to keep watch of the inches off? :huh:
Ok so i'm at a loss with what I should have in my house hold since I really want to get healthy and I really need to get rid of anything that could stop my goal in my house so if anyone could tell me what I should buy when at the grocery store? Also my family wants to also get into shape along with me.
Just really trying to get it together and could really use some friends that know what i'm going through since all my friends are basically skinny and healthy.
