Haven't really had much to say in a while, but today I broke through a plateau at 200 pounds. Now down to 199.2. Started at 206 several weeks ago and making this breakthrough was needed for my mental toughness.
I am new on here and checked out groups yesterday to see if I could find any "over 60s." I believe we, as a group, have several issues in common that we could share info on. Any takers?
