Hunger
Hi All This is my second week using MFP. My weight has bee creeping up so I figure I better get rid of it now before I buy new clothes. My goal is simple: lose 5-7 pounds. In the past all I had to do was cut back. Now that I'm counting cals (1200 a day for woman 5' 5") I find my self ravenous by mid-afternoon. Snack??? Oh…
