I am only allowed 1200 calories a day! I have just had an Asda Fruit and Fibre bar for 113 calories and 2 cups of tea. I will prob need 2 more cups of tea to stop me feeling hungry before lunch. Is there anything better/lower in calories than this? Cereal and toast/spread all seem to have more calories I think.
Hi I downloaded the myfitnesspal app back in January and followed it for about 2 weeks then stopped. I found it was really good to focus on how many calories you eat without realising.
