Why such few calories on mfp when all I do, is stay active?
I've done over 2 miles today, and mfp is saying I burnt 77 calories. Really??? I was bustin my butt, and walking 3.5-4 at all times.

Confused about calories
Hi. I'm new to tracking calories. And I'm confused! Country heat suggests a 1200-1400 calorie intake/day. Say....I burn 1500 calories exercising. Do I earn more calories? Does that make sense? Or do I stick with my average everyday? Any calorie help/suggestions/ideas greatly appreciated

I too have been on and off with mfp for a few years. I'm ready to hunker down and start feeling better about myself and my eating habits. Looking for some friends for encouragement and motivation.
