:drinker: Just started tracking what i eat. Working great so far. Day 2 down 3lbs. No diet I eat what I want. Would you rather have 1 small cheeseburger or 2 medium grilled chicken sandwiches. Not a hard choice for me!! If I want a Double Whataburger I get it. But that will be my only meal of the day. Not hardly worth the…
