How do I get the Calorie counter to adjust for exercise?
I do a lot of weight training, today for example, I did five sets of bench presses x 125 lbs x 10 reps, ten sets of lats pulldowns x 100 lbs x 25 reps, five sets of leg presses x 25 reps x 300 lbs, and a bunch of arm curls, leg curls, and leg extensions. For all that this information means to the calorie counter it appears…
