Hi Healthy Peeps, Decided on waking to lose weight and do it seriously! On feet all day working in busy shop, legs and feet ache. So here we go trying to ease the strain and the pain hopefully. Looking to lose 2-3 ponds a week. Mid 50's, 5.5 feet, and 11 stone. Heavy size 14. Any similar girls out there?
