How often to get weighed
I never know how many times a week I should weigh myself,and if I need to do it every day,and every week,I usually get on the scales at the beginning, and at the end of the week,but then I don't know the best time of day to actually get weighed....Anyone have any clue what I should be doing?????? :smile:

Alot of ladies I go to exercise classes with worry about putting weight on during the classes that involve weights and circuit training etc.I myself was one of them,but my fitness instructors assure me that these classes burn calories,and also tone at the same time....Has anyone else worried about this?
