Restarting
Tomarrow is the day im restarting everything :) i plan on doing alot aroudn the house the next few days and going out for my run (even if its just a mile it helps me alot) but just stoping in to let you guys know that im back again

need friends and help being motivated
im looking for some friends on here to help me keep motivated and what not. ive done this before and ended up droping over 60 lbs but now i gained 40 of them back and need to give my son a good example of healthy living.
