Need lunch ideas
I'm sick of boxed lunches at work. (like Kashi). Any ideas of something I can make that will keep for a few hours that is actually good for me? I also need filling, I get bored at work and tend to snack sometimes.

Not hitting vitamin goals
Is there somewhere I can get info on WHAT to eat? i've been working on the calorie deficit, but when I looked at the report for the past 90 days, I found i'm high in sugar, fat, and low in all the 'good' stuff (potassium, fiber, protein). It's hard to balance this!

Working out with weights at home
I loved going to the gym and using the weight machines. I used them all, would do arms one day, legs the next. etc. Now I don't have the gym anymore. What's a good way to work out with weights at home?
