Hi girls! Im new here n im going to start to lose after my exams that end 16/5 .. I need some help in what kind of exercises n is it helpful to go to gim or just depend on home's exercises? N how long did it take to be yr current weight ? Im 231.5 lbs n my GW is 140 :) some tips plz! ^_^ thnx everyone =)
