Strong People, Strong Bones
It's a strength training program - a lot of classes in Colorado. Don't know about elsewhere. Anyone had experience with it? I went to one and it seemed pretty good - weights and balls, some yoga exercises, - a whole body approach. Love to hear from someone who has done it.

My nutrition breakdown keeps saying I'm over my allotment of sugar for the day. All my sugar is coming from yoghurt (plain, not sweetened) or whole fruits or unprocessed food so I don't think I'm getting too much sugar.
