I lost my goal of 2 lbs this week!!! :happy: That means that my short-term goal is just 12 more lbs away. My short-term goal is to get inside the healthy weight range on this site's BMI calculator. :smile: Does anyone else want to share their goals/accomplishments for the past week or so?
Last week was a good week. This week I've done nothing but eat, it seems. My calorie intake for today and yesterday has been enough that it should have also covered all of tomorrow.
