Was just wondering what everyone's opinion or experience is with slim fast?
Just a quick one but I like being able to grab a handful of dried fruit to snack on especially dried cranberrys! But was wondering what the health benefits are and how it compares to fresh fruit? Thanks guys!
What do you guys find works best for you? Smaller portions eaten more often or larger portions less regular?
