Hello all, I have a coworker who suggested I burn 1600 calories daily in order to meet my goal weight faster. Should I do this? Will it be too hard on my body? Can I do this? Thank you all for your responses and help.
Hi all, I just started yesterday and here are my stats Height: 5'7 Age: 33 CW: 210 GW: 150 First mini goal for May is to lose 5lbs, I think and hope to reach it. So I need local support or support overall. I love to see and read success stories, they really get me going. Cheers
