IN NEED OF HELP PLEASE!!
Hello all- I am 5'6" 140lbs. My goal is to be around 115 and look tone. Meaning no jiggle anywhere when I walk. It is 5/20 and I want to be my dream goal weight by 7/27, is this possible?
