Over 40, been at it for 3 weeks hard and no results. HELP
I have completely changed my diet, and go to the gym for 1.5 hours 4-5 days a week. I push myself everyday at the gym, if I am not sweating, then I push harder. my family also camps, which includes hiking and swimming all weekend.
