I'm just wondering if anyone else uses a ketone monitor to track their progress? I've been playing around with mine this week and I can't seem to get a high ketone reading. But it keeps me on track to avoid carbs. For those using a monitor, do you have an tips to get a higher reading?

I took a break the last couple weeks to get over a cold. I had to stop at day 7 of level 3. I'm going to restart the challenge today and finish the 30 days. Did anyone make it to the end?
