Why isn't my endurance progress consistent?
Just out of curiosity really... For the past 3 or 4 weeks, I've been doing HIITs twice a week. I do them on the elliptical and I slowly progressed to 30 seconds on, 1.20 off at a rate of about 220 strides on, 140 strides off. I do this for 8 rounds or 17 minutes. Kicks my *kitten* every time. Desk Jobs - What to do?
I have a desk job but I don't want that to be an excuse not to move around. Are there ways you have found to go around the "sedentary" work lifestyle? No energy after workout?
I keep reading that some people get a "surge of energy" after a workout. However, I just don't. If anything, I feel exhausted and am ready to hit the hay afterward.
