BMI Under 40
I'm 5'10'' and I just realized that as of yesterday, my BMI is under 40! (Now 39.9). I've dropped from 330 on 5/9 to 278 on 9/16. I'm 32 and wearing clothes again that I purchased in high school and last wore in college. My neck size has gone from 20 to 18. I've gone from 3XL shirts to 2XL (I can now do more of my shopping…
