Do you struggle to reach your calories each day?
I try to eat as clean as possible though admit I'm not 100% clean :blushing: . I struggle each day to reach even 1200 cals but I think i should be eating about 1300 to 1400 per day!! So I went and did a calculator and put in my activity as if it was a gym day. It came back with BMR 1391 and TDEE 2676. I aim to eat 1300 cals a day and some days go over, some under.
