Ripped in 30-Week 1-Day 2
Hey everyone, I just started Ripped in 30 yesterday 10/22/2012. I recently finished 30 day shred a few days ago, i had great results, but not as great as i wanted, i'm hoping ripped in 30 helps more with my belly area.
