Starving
I just found starving yourself is not the answer. I eat eggs protein like tuna before a workout.you have to have some fats and sugars are necessary. Some fruit is good. Eat a banana oror orange or bell pepper. Starving because your body needs fuel.

I have been big and small. I still get. Asked out. Get a self help book by oprah. Maybe a bible to learn to love yourself first. Adopt when its time. Work out everyday. Be very proud. Theres only one you.
