Hi, I am starting a fresh with MFP and need some advice. I would like to loose about half a stone and I am 5.4 and currently weighing 146 pounds. If I set loosing 1-2 a week weight loss I'm allowed 1200 (approx) per day. Now if I exercise I can't get head around eating my cals back. Is 1200 too low? should I set it at 0.5…
