Probably like most of you here, I've tried them all, lost weight, and gained it back. I've only been on for 3 days but haven't lost anything even though I've tracked everything and exercised. I'm only going to track my weight every Monday because I know sometimes it takes awhile for it to catch up. Hope it works this time!
I am new here and wondering what it means when someone posts "bump"?
:embarassed: I have been going to W W the past 2 1/2 years and am stuck at 40 pounds list for the past year. Still need to lose 20 more. Heard about this program and decided to give it a try. Wish me luck!
