How to stay motivated? Out of ideas!
I know i shouldn't be focused on a number...BUT... after losing 25 pounds over 2 years, I have 5 pounds left to get to my goal weight. And those 5 pounds have stuck with me for SIX MONTHS :( I workout 6 days a week [spin + weights, HIIT + yoga, spin + HIIT, weights, spin, hike, rest... repeat!] I don't even have regular…
