I was away from MFP for a while; joined WW with a friend and did OK there, but can't really afford it :( First week back here and lost 6 pounds . . . I know it's not 6 pounds of fat, but it's a nice jumpstart. :) Hoping I can stick with it this time! I generally last a few weeks and then lose momentum.
